Are We Just Chasing the Next Thing?

Dear All,

There’s always something we want—something to achieve, something to reach. It’s what keeps us going. But what happens when we stop longing for something? Suddenly, everything feels meaningless, like there’s no real reason to move forward.

So, are we just living to satisfy our desires? We pick a goal, tell ourselves, If I achieve this, I’ll be happy, I’ll feel fulfilled. But the moment we get there, another desire takes its place. And then another. It never really ends.

Maybe that’s what keeps us alive—the constant chase.

But what happens if we stop chasing? What then?
