I’m Not Sad, I Just Feel It
Today I wasn’t feeling great, so guess what? I just picked out a good outfit, wore it, and listened to my favorite song. I vibed with it hard.
On my way, I ended up helping someone—this guy on the train was about to miss his stop, so I woke him up just in time. After that, I grabbed some breakfast on the way to work, and yeah... the day went on.
I kind of chased the bad feeling away. And honestly? It was okay. I thought that sad vibe was going to stick with me all day, but slowly I’m discovering something—I’m the one holding on to the feeling like it’s a part of me. Maybe I just need to let myself feel it. Like, yeah—I feel sad. But I’m not sad. That’s a different thing.
